• Netball is one of the largest participation sports in South Australia with more than 110,000 players in the state and more than 25,000 registered Netball SA members
• More than 100,000 people participate in netball during the winter season as players, coaches, umpires, officials, administrators, volunteers and spectators
• More than 10 per cent of the female population in Adelaide actively participates in netball
• Netball SA services the sport of netball statewide
• Netball SA has one metropolitan and eight country regions comprising of 37 metropolitan and country associations who are affiliated with Netball SA
• Each State League Club (excluding SASI) is allocated to a Country Region.
