FREE Courses for Members, Staff and Volunteers

The following courses are coming up in the next few months and are FREE of charge:
Child Safe Officers Course in Recreation and Sport
Length of Course: 1 day
Cost: FREE
Targeted participants: Committee members, team managers, coaches, association personnel, staff, volunteers working with young people

Member Protection Information Officers Course
Length of Course: 1.5 days
Cost: FREE
Targeted participants: State and Regional recreation and sport organisations and clubs can nominate people from within their organisation and or constituent clubs who are considered suitable to engage the responsibilities of the role. The role primarily is to assist groups/clubs/organisations better manage complaints & conflict
** Please note, people registering for this course require association / state body and or club President endorsement. Pre entry condition is the competition of "Play by the rules" Administrators on line training Harassment free Sport

Conflict Management Training
Length of Course: 2 days
Cost: FREE
This course is designed to have the participants well equipped to understand the complaint handling processes and train others within their organisations to handle grievances in a more efficient and effective manner.
